Hindustan Pest Control Service offers following terms and conditions for its client's.
The agreement will be operative from the dates mentioned in the contract only.
The client has to strictly follow the instructions given by HPCS before, during and after the pest control service for effective pest control.
HPCS will not be held responsible if the pest control is ineffective because of client not following the instructions given by HPCS to the client during pest control.
Client will not violate any cautions given by HPCS after pest control for cleaning and other such reasons. This may lead to failure of pest control for which HPCS will not be held responsible.
HPCS will decide the charges for the particular pest control order after survey of area and types of pests involved. No pre decided charges are applicable for any pest control service.
Payments have to be made immediately on presentation of bill after the pest control.
Pest control order will be treated as confirmed only after client's signature on order form.
